Ways To Incorporate Fresh Greenery Into Your Home For The Holidays
Fresh plants in the home have been scientifically proven to have major positive effects on one's psyche. So we can only imagine what fresh greenery during the holiday season would do for us! We're thinking it could solve all our issues, but don't quote us, we're not doctors. This year, we upped the ante when it comes to lush greenery in the home thanks to our friends at Le Fleur Farms. There you can find live holiday staples in custom sizes, delivered right to your door. Read along for some ideas for how we'd style fresh garland around the home, and what types we'd use to achieve your ideal festive look!
Magnolia is a holiday staple in our home. We love that it's naturally two-toned, one side of the leaves is a rich caramel brown, while the other side is a deep emerald green. Drape it on your mantle with care by using our Southern Magnolia Leaf garland and pair it with some antique candle sticks to achieve this easy, lived-in holiday look.
Deck your halls (or your stair railings) with luscious greens! We love the viney look of this garland and our Italian Ruscus and Plumosa style will do just the trick. No need to add lights or anything, let the leaves do all the talking.
We've all been spending a lot more time in our kitchens this year, so they'll need to be spruced up for the holidays as well. Add a fresh wreath or drape some fluffy eucalyptus garland around your kitchen window. Our Gunni and Willow Eucalyptus would be the perfect touch!
We love the asymmetrical garland trend that's been going around. To achieve this funky look, simply layer up on garlands of different densities and textures, and drape it heavily on one side of your mantle, leaving the other side open for the stockings. We suggest using our Springeri, Pitt, Plumosa blend along with the Bay Leaf!
Curb appeal is even more important during the holidays! So dress up the entrance to your home by draping some of our Cocculus, Seeded Eucalyptus and Springeri garland asymmetrically around your door.
