Over here at Valerie Wheeler Interiors we have some exciting jobs under way, including gutting and completely revamping a master bathroom. What we've found? Tile can make or break a bathroom vibe. Whether you're going crisp, clean and simple or textured, bold, and modern, tile has a massive impact on the look and functionality to your space! We've rounded up some of our favorite tile inspo and usage for every style out there!
Don't be afraid of pattern! We love the use of penny tiles in this monochromatic bathroom and the subway tiles arranged in a diagonal zig zag pattern. Be sure to keep the patterns in the same color family so it doesn't become too overwhelming for your space!
Glam it up! Our clients love a traditional white and bright bathroom. But to make sure it doesn't end up being too stark white, we always incorporate texture with the veining in the marble.
Go geometric! We are loving this matte black honeycomb flooring. It's modern and funky yet simple and clean. Paired with a classic subway tile, this bathroom is a serene dream!
I. Can't. Deal. How amazing is the tile work in this bathroom?! This bathroom is further proof that tile doesn't need to stay just on the floors and in the shower, you can incorporate it throughout the entire space. We say as long as the tones are consistent, go to town on that tile!
We know, the whole under the sea beachy bathroom scene has been done. But there is a reason it is a go-to bathroom vibe, it's so stinking cute! We are loving this fish scale pattern tile for a kids bathroom!
We love a good mosaic tile moment. Done right, mosaic tiles are funky yet polished and clean. We love to use them climbing up the walls of the shower stall and throughout the flooring of a bathroom!
