Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe
 
Ya'll ready to get your eat on this Thanksgiving Thursday??!! Yup, so are we, but to counteract the damage we are going to do on Turkey day, we have resorted to some healthy but still festive recipes. You guys know we love a quick and easy on-the-go situation and one of our favorites is smoothies. Introducing, The Pumpkin Pie Smoothie. It's a heather take on a pumpkin spice frap for the perfect on-the-go breakfast or snack! Check out the recipe below and if anyone tries it for themselves, be sure to let us know on Instagram!
 
Here is what you'll need:
-hand full of ice
- one ripe banana
-1/3 cup of oats
-1/3 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
-1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
-one tablespoon of chia seeds
-1/2 cup of milk of choice (we love Califia Farms almond milk)
-few shakes of pumpkin pie spice
-squirt of agave nectar or maple syrup for extra sweetness (optional)
Combine all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth! Add extra milk for desired thickness. Add to large glass and enjoy with straw!
