What We're Loving From The New Studio McGee Collection At Target

It's no secret that designers are constantly inspiring peers with their work and designs. One of our all-time favorite designers are the geniuses behind Studio McGee and McGee and Co. In case you have not heard of them, Studio McGee was founded by a husband and wife team, Shea and Syd McGee. They worked their tails off and grew to the point where they have a massive design team, clients all across the country, their own retail stores, a series on Netflix, and now an ongoing collection at our second home, Target. Their Spring collection dropped earlier this week, and while lots of items are sold out already online, they're still trickling into stores as we speak. We've also heard that some items will be restocked online. We're sharing what we're loving, and will hopefully be adding to our shopping carts from the newest collection!

Oversized ottomans are a perfect solution as a coffee table alternative. We love this ticking striped upholstered ottoman from the collection. The pattern is fun yet still acts as a neutral for any high traffic living space. Plus, the soft sided edges make it kid and toe stubbing friendly!

Baskets are a lazy homeowner's best friend! Kids toys all over the floor? Throw it in a basket. Extra throw blankets laying around? Throw it in a basket. But better yet, throw it in a cute basket like this one from the new collection!

We are loving this whole set up, but we can't take our eyes off that jute rug. The black and beige paired together lends a timeless look in any living space, bedroom, or even home office!

Speaking of home office, we may just need to up our home office game with this cane detailed desk. The ample drawers and cabinets can hide all your work-related documents and other miscellaneous items that land on your desk.

We already ordered this woven doormat knowing it's sure to sell out. We update our porch doormat every season so we thought this was a perfect way to step into spring!

If there is one thing we as designers admire about the work of Studio McGee, it's that they never let the little details go unnoticed. Adding touches like baskets, planters, and vessels can take a space to a new level. We will for sure be snagging these terra cotta jugs on our next Target run.
